I rented a house from someone who after 2 weeks said that he “sold the house” but he didn’t he rented it to another couple. He claims that he didn’t think that we could afford it but yet moved us into another house that is practically condemned. Now he is threatning to throw us out again because of some minor problems in the house that he refuses to fix. Isn’t it the landlords responsibility to fix anything that breaks and exterminate if needed. please help!!!

You need to look up your local housing authority and contact them. This would be under your cities ordinances.
